Workflow Enhancement

Offered to customers taking the initiative to enhance their color workflow through measurement and calibration. The program is design around FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances). FIRST provides a common set of guidelines, targets and tolerances for anyone involved in the flexographic reproduction process to improve quality and facilitate predictable, consistent result, print run after print run.

Workflow enhancement uses a seven-step process to assist customers in implementing quality procedures throughout the entire workflow. The outcomes of this service will increase productivity, reduce downtime and help to eliminate reworks due to color inconsistencies.
