Flexo Plate Systems
In-Line Flexo Plate Systems accept plates ranging from 18" x 24" to 42" x 60". Systems include washout, drying and detack capability. A Cosmolight filtration unit is attached to the system to filter and recycle water washout solutions.

Orbital X
Orbital Letterpress/Dry Offset Systems
Orbital Letterpress/Dry Offset Systems are self-contained systems designed to produce tap water-wash photopolymer printing plates direct from negatives. Plate size capabilities range from 12" x 12" to 24" x 30".

Orbital XI
Orbital XI 12x12 Water Wash System
The Orbital XI is a multi-function plate processor for letterpress plates up to 12”x12”. Ideal for short run processing of letterpress plates, the Orbital XI is simple to use, versatile and ideal for crowded working areas. This stack-style processor features an orbital washout, exposure section, and a three-drawer dryer.
Rotary Flexo Plate Processors
Rotary Flexo Plate Processors are designed to process Cosmolight and water-wash flexo plates ranging in sizes from 15" x 27" to 42" x 60".
Filtration Systems
Filtration Systems recycle water-washout solutions like Cosmolight, removing polymer residue allowing for repeated use of the water washout solution. From 12" x 18" to 42" x 60".

CL-50 Whirl-A-Way
CL-50 Whirl-A-Way AV Polymer Removal System
The AV Whirl-A-Way uses centrifugal force to separate suspended polymer solids from water flexo washout solutions. The solids are collected in a disposable plastic bag while the clean washout solution is re-circulated back into the
system for reuse.
