Anderson & Vreeland Technologies Team
Anderson & Vreeland's Technologies Team was developed in 2005 to assist with troubleshooting issues in prepress, plate-making and print. Our team is comprised of a group of diverse individuals who have strong backgrounds in design, color, plate-making, proofing and press applications.
Jessica Harkins
Technologies Manager
Dayton, Ohio
Jessica joined the A&V team in June of 2010. She previously worked for Esko Artwork as the FIQ Supervisor with a strong focus in digital laser imaging, platemaking, fingerprinting presses, and software including the HD Flexo and Digital Flexo Suite applications. She also worked for Schawk in Chicago as the Technical Director completing R&D on digital plates, press curves, and photopolymer In-the-Round. She is a graduate from Clemson University in Graphics Communications.

Paul Zeinert
Product Manager - Direct Engraving & AVCE Photopolymer
Bryan, Ohio
Paul has worked for Anderson & Vreeland for 26 years holding many diverse roles including Sales and Regional Sales Manager. Paul is currently responsible for raising the quality standards of direct engraving of photopolymer for both flexo and dry offset print processes. He has completed in-depth research & testing on Stork engraving of continuous screening & sleeves, as well as the AVCE engraveable photopolymer product line.

Roy Willitzer
R&D Lab Supervisor
Bryan, Ohio
Roy has worked with Anderson & Vreeland for over 20 years holding various roles in troubleshooting and manufacturing. He is currently the supervisor over the R&D lab overseeing quality testing, equipment, benchmarking, ADA and AVCE project manufacturing, and the QPI project for embossing dies. He has a heavy background in determining plate issues on a wide range of products including Flint and Toyobo photopolymers as well as rubber and matrix.

Wendy Chan
Technologies Specialist (Lab)
Bryan, Ohio
Wendy works in the lab in Bryan, Ohio and is responsible for generating the benchmarking requests for digital plate-making, proofing, and print analysis. She has completed training and is certified in GMG, EFI and Epson programs. Wendy has previously worked for Dynamic Dies as the Technical Color Specialist researching ink and corrugated substrates. She is a graduate of the Clemson University Graphic Communications program.

Alix Guyot
Technologies Specialist
Monterey, California
Alix graduated top of her class at Cal Poly State’s Graphic Communications program where she majored with an emphasis in Design Reproduction Technology. She has studied programs with GMG, EFI and Epson and is certified in each of these color management applications with experience in implementing these systems into production. Alix’ strength is in design, color, and software applications.

Randy Carter
Technologies Specialist
Clemson, South Carolina
Randy has spent the last 18 years working within the flexo industry holding various positions with Robinette, Clemson University, Martin, and Cryovac Sealed Air. He has strong skills in troubleshooting ink, plate, and equipment issues and experience in managing press characterization, plate and color standards. Randy is a graduate of the Clemson University Graphics Communications program.

Penny Treacy
Technologies Specialist
Chicago, Illinois
Penny has 14 years experience in flexo & offset folding carton manufacturing. Previous roles include Leadership and Management roles in Prepress, Design & Customer Service at Bell Packaging and Southern Graphics Systems. Penny has been responsible for press color approval, job scheduling, and employee education.
