Sheet Photopolymer Plate Processors: Solvent Wash
Anderson & Vreeland offers a complete selection of photopolymer plate processors, including state-of-the-art systems manufactured by Flint Group and Anderson & Vreeland.
Flowline Washer F III
Max. Plate Size: 1020 x 1200 mm (40" x 47"). Fully automated system for washing, rinsing, after cleaning and pre-drying in the mid range format. Optimal washout result through integrated solid content measurement device and solvent heating element. Easy operation via touchscreen which also makes an automatic adjustment of brush height and washout speed.
Combi F III Exposure
Max. Plate Size: 920 x 1200 mm (36" x 47"). Exposure, dryer, light finisher, all in one spacesaving unit. It has four drying drawers, each equipped with a count down facility on a digital display. Includes 10 memory settings for pre- and main exposure as well as a display indicating defective tubes.
Dryer FV
Max. Plate Size: 1320 x 2032 mm (52" x 80").
The high heat output enables you to quickly realize
the optimal temperature in six easily accessible
drying drawers. Two separate drying chambers
provide uniform temperature distribution, the
efficient exhaust system makes sure that solvent
vapors won’t escape - even when opening the
drawers.
Rotary Plate Processors
A&V offers a wide selection of rotary washout plate processors, including complete systems containing everything required to process photopolymer plates. Offered in sizes from 15" x 27" to 55" x 80". Complete systems with exposure, dryer an detack capabilities are available in sizes from 13" x 17" to 52" x 80".

Exposure Systems are feature rich, and range in size from 15" x 27" to 52" x 80".
Dryers
Dryers range in size from 15" x 27" to 52" x 80" and feature a special purge cycle for safety in handling solvent-wash plates.
UV-Light Detack Systems
UV-Light Detack Systems eliminate the use of chlorination and bromine solutions previously used for anti-tacking. Detack any photopolymer from .030" to .250". Select the system that best fits your operation: (1) Detack only; (2) Post-expose and detack; (3) Multi-expose and detack. Sizes range from 12" x 15" to 48" x 95".
Combination Systems
Combination Systems like this 15" Rotary Combo contain everything required to expose, washout, dry, post expose and detack photopolymer plates up to 15" x 27" and 24" x 30".
