Most people know us for our flexo plates and equipment. But A&V is a lot more than flexo plates. Our broad product line includes everything from anilox rolls to shipping/packaging supplies. In between, we offer densitometers, doctor blades, edge sealing tape, end seals, electrical tape, Epson printers and supplies, just to name a few. We even offer respirators and safety goggles.

Sleeves
POLYWEST SLEEVE SYSTEMS has a 20-year history of manufacturing state-of-the-art sleeves for flexography. During this time, the company has been on the cutting edge introducing new materials that improve sleeve quality, consistency, ink and solvent resistance, and overall sleeve durability.
Greater cut resistance, excellent stability and light weight are just some of the features of Rubin flexo sleeves from POLYWEST SLEEVE SYSTEMS. Specifically developed for use with UV and water-based inks, Rubin sleeves feature a new surface ideal for high-quality printing without axial vibration stripes.
Developed especially for solvent printing inks, Onyx sleeves have an innovative surface more cut resistant, conductive and solvent resistant (e.g. Acetone, Methylethylketon). Onyx can also be used with UV- or water based inks.
