Digital Plate Micrometers
Fully automatic flexographic analysis has been raised to a new level with digital plate micrometers from manufacturers like Beta Industries. The new Betaflex 334 offers increased resolution, full color image capture and analysis, and extraordinary ease of use. Track halftone changes from the film to the flexo plate and all the way to the press. Measure true dot area, screen ruling, Contour Factor, and more. The tabletop inspection unit captures a high-resolution image of any film, translucent flexographic or letterpress plate, offset plate, color proof, or press sheet.
