FD & PLUS is a new alternative replacement chemistry for processing sheet photopolymers used in the flexographic process. A strong replacement solvent that can be used for most plate materials, UltraFlex is the ideal substitute for Solvit QD.

Orbital X Photopolymer Plate Processor

The Orbital X, a new design stack-style processor of water-water photopolymer plates (polyester or metal-backed plates). It is an all-in-one system featuring an orbital washout, exposure section, a three-drawer dryer and post expose or detack section. Any of these features can be assembled to customize the platemaking system, which processes photopolymer plates up to 24" x 30".
