Flexo Plate Mounters and Proofers
Mount-O-Matic Table Top
An effective and simple system to mount flexible photopolymer printing plates; extremely accurate in register on the plate cylinder. The maximum available machine width: 480 and 600 mm. Cross mark or target enlarged approximately 8 times by means of the zoom lens.
Mount-O-Matic 1000 DD
A specially developed mounting and proofing machine for the medium wide-web flexo printing machines, with a maximum of 1000 mm. The 1000 DD is only suited with sleeves equipped with a pivot shaft and directly driven by means of a stepper motor. Quickly interchangeable sleeves. Without the use of a hoist quick locking system on the shaft with bearings on either side, which guarantees a high mounting accuracy.
Mount-O-Matic 1500 MK II
A computer controlled mounting and proofing machine for flexographic photopolymer printing plates. Equipped with a mounting table with micro adjustment for the positioning of the plates. Two computer controlled high-resolution cameras, with one split screen monitor with very high magnification of the coordinates. The camera enlargement is adjustable to 30 - 35 x proofing cylinder.

Mount-O-Matic 2000 PLUS
This mounter/proofer is designed for the wide web flexo industry and is computer controlled. The mounting is by means of cross marks or micro dots with automatic proof standard cylinder up to a length 2000 mm (larger on request).

Opti-Mount MK WIN Series
Available in widths of 2000, 2500, 3000 and 3500 mm, the Opti-Mount series has a very high accuracy in the register and high flexibility in job changing, repeats and remounting of damaged flexo plates. This series provides very fast mounting and proofing, and supports flexible and precise job preparation. All functions are computer supervised, and the need for a dummy cylinder is restricted to a single diameter.
FAMM Series
This Fully Automatic Mounting Machine is designed for the flexible packaging industry and customers who demand the highest standards. It is the most efficient flexo mounter in the world today. Repeatability, accuracy and speed are unsurpassed compared to conventional mounting, providing a quick return on investment. This machine can replace 3 to 4 conventional mounting machines! FAMM systems for mounting on mylars and for mounting on cylinders are also available.
Sleeve De-Mount
AV Flexologic offers a Sleeve De-Mount for de-mounting of plates or tape without damaging the plates. The pulling force is spread over the full width of the plates/tape causing quick release without damages. The machine features a motorized rubber roller and is equipped with features to ensure safety.
