Most people know us for our flexo plates and equipment. But A&V is a lot more than flexo plates. Our broad product line includes everything from anilox rolls to shipping/packaging supplies. Anilox Roll Cleaners

Sonic Solutions

Sonic Solutions provides ultrasonic cleaning systems for laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls. Sonic Solutions has cleaning systems that can accommodate rolls of varying sizes up to 38" in length. The two-stage cleaning process consists of soaking the roll on top of the tank in a heated solution. This can take up to 15 minutes - longer for first time cleanings. The second process consists of the ultrasonics application. Here a gentle level of ultrasonics - 43 kHz - is applied to the anilox rolls. The total time of ultrasonics applied to the roll should only be a few minutes at the most. This minimal level of ultrasonics is gentle to those higher line count rolls, but still restores the rolls to full cell volume.

Yellow MagicYellow Magic

Yellow Magic™ is an environmentally safe cleaner of Flexo UV and water based inks, UV coatings and varnishes. This water based cleaner can safely clean virtually everything on a press — even cement floors. Just spray and wipe! It also exceeds all current environmental standards, is non-toxic, non-flammable and can be disposed of as ordinary garbage—not a Hazmat like other cleaners.

Yellow Magic cleaner is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. Yellow Magic is terrific when used in an Ultra-sonic cleaning machine or in a parts washer.
