a complete line of photopolymer resins designed for specific flexo and stamp applications.

Chemence Verbatim® LDR32 Corrugated Resin
The newest plate for corrugated applications, LDR32 resin represents a breakthrough in liquid photopolymer technology. You can now go beyond the capabilities of other photopolymers when working with fine detail and halftone screens. Soft, yet 30% more resilient, LDR recovers instantly from impression with performance comparable to sheet photopolymer. LDR 32, like sheet photopolymer, can be dry post-exposed and detacked with standard germicidal detack lamps. LDR is available in 32 Shore A for higher quality corrugated substrates. Tack-free printing combined with the best qualities of ink transfer and superior tone reproduction make LDR 32 the plate that performs.

Chemence Verbatim® Acclaim 25/32 Corrugated Resin
These resins were designed to make plates for corrugated applications. Crystal clear for perfect imaging, you can go beyond the capabilities of other photopolymers when working with fine detail and halftone screens. Acclaim, like sheet photopolymer, can be dry post exposed and detacked with standard germicidal lamps. Acclaim is available in either 25 Shore A durometer for kraft printing applications or 32 Shore A durometer for high quality liner substrates. Tack-free printing combined with the best qualities of ink transfer and superior tone reproduction make Letterflex Acclaim the plate that performs.

Chemence Verbatim® LF25C/32C Corrugated Resin
Fast and economical, LF25C/32C are resins used to make printing plates especially suited for natural kraft corrugated boards with wide flute lines. Available in either 25 or 32 Shore A durometer, these plates deliver unrivaled ink transfer that print bar codes, type, screens, and solids without pinholing and cupping. Excellent resilience properties allow for high press speeds. Exposure renders the plate completely tack free through out press runs.

Built on the same high performance platform as Acclaim 25 & 32, HR50 is used for high quality multi-wall bags, preprint liner and flexible packaging applications. Low surface tack and high resilience means less press stops for cleaning and faster run speeds. Wide exposure latitude means easy imaging of fine lines, screens, and small details. Combine with the use of capping resin to reduce press gain.

Chemence Verbatim® PH18LF Corrugated Resin
Verbatim PH18LF photopolymer resin produces low hardness, tack free plates suitable for high quality flexographic printing of corrugated board. A unique combination of hardness, resilience and plate wetting tension has been achieved in the PH18LF plate that results in a dense, even ink laydown on solid areas.

Chemence Verbatim® MR2003 Pattern Resin
Verbatim MR2003 resin is a liquid photopolymer which serves as a user friendly alternative to making conventional magnesium molding masters. When imaged with low intensity UV light, the liquid resin hardens to a durometer of 50 Shore D. The residual liquid polymer is removed and the plates are processed in a warm soap and water solution, followed by post cure treatment with additional UV light. Pattern plates are easily processed and ready for use in under an hour.
